   I have a question. What email address should I use to ask it?

   I much, much prefer all questions relating to hosting matters be asked at the support forums. That way others with the SAME question will have an answer as well. If you have a question that requires privacy, like a password problem, you can reach me at via PM at the forum. My username is "gertiebeth". If you have a pre-hosting questions, feel free to use the form below to ask and I will answer it here or via email.

   I can't get into the Forums!

   You will not be able to view the Forums until you have been accepted as a Hostee. Once accepted, a link to our support forums and how to register will be included in your welcome letter.

   I never got that important email you sent to all members!

   First, make sure you have an account on our support froums.
   Second, make sure that your email address is current. All important messages are sent to all members via a newsletter script generated by the Fan Sites Network content management script.

   Our support forums are only open to current Fan Sites Network Hostees.
