The team search for a nurses' aide who who disappeared from a rural road while changing a flat tire, only to discover that she is actually a fugitive wanted for the bombing of an abortion clinic.

After initially participating in the team's investigation, the missing woman's husband goes into hiding when the team discovers his and his wife's involvement in a deadly bombing 15 years ago. While attempting to obtain useful information from the couple's teenage son, the team explores whether the woman's abduction is connected to the bombing. Meanwhile, awkwardness abounds when Jack resurfaces to assist the team -- under Vivian's leadership -- as their superiors try to figure out the best way to deal with Jack's sudden decision to remain in New York.
