When a nanny, and the child she took care of, disappear from her employers' home after being fired by them, the team must determine if the nanny is a kidnapping victim, or a kidnapping suspect.

Initially, Nanny June becomes the prime suspect in the infant's disappearance after the infant's affluent parents inform the team that they'd just fired June for stealing from them. However, when a caller demands a ransom in exchange for the safe return of both June and the child, the team contemplates who may have kidnapped the pair, while also considering that June could, in fact, be orchestrating the whole affair.
